Youth Centers Association was established in 2016 as an unregistered community organization. On July 23, 2018, it was registered as a non-profit (non-commercial) legal entity. The initiator and supporter of the organization was a businessman - David Khakhutashvili.
The mission of Youth Centers Association is to promote the education and development of young people.
Since its establishment, the Association has been implementing educational, environmental, social, entrepreneurial, charitable, sports and other projects.
The Association of Youth Centers currently unites the youth centers of Akhalsopeli, Akhmeta and Mestia. The head office is located in Tbilisi.
The aim of Youth Centers Association is to promote the identification, formation and development of the intellectual, physical, personal and professional potential of young people; Increase access to formal and non-formal education; Promoting the development of social, personal, intellectual and volunteer skills of small ethnic groups; Promoting care for groups with special needs; Support for initiative groups in the implementation of youth projects; Promoting a healthy lifestyle; Promoting active citizenship, solidarity and tolerance among young people;
